We are delighted to offer you a yoga retreat at Rainbow Hearth Sanctuary in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The weekend will be filled with asana practice, meditation, delicious homemade organic meals and plenty of time to relax in the hot tub or decompress with a therapeutic massage. The resort has so much to offer!

Imagine doing yoga at sunrise with a beautiful view of Lake Buchanan, explore a walking meditation to the mysterious Canyon of the Eagles. Goal coaching and nutrition seminars are hosted on medicine rocks described as “the most energetically supportive place on earth”.

Your time away will allow you to recharge your mental and physical batteries and reconnect with yourself. Space is limited to 14 students, which ensures that each student will receive individual attention. No previous yoga experience required.We look forward to being with you!!!
